一般餐盒應(yīng)密封在塑料包裝袋中,包裝袋不應(yīng)有破損,包裝不嚴(yán)密的餐盒容易受到環(huán)境的污染,衛(wèi)生得不到保證。

要仔細查看包裝標(biāo)志上是否標(biāo)注了”產(chǎn)品名稱、 生產(chǎn)者廠名、廠址、產(chǎn)品執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、生產(chǎn)日期、保質(zhì)期、衛(wèi)生許可證”等國家規(guī)定必須標(biāo)注的內(nèi)容,如標(biāo)志內(nèi)容標(biāo)注不全或者不規(guī)范,則這樣的餐盒最好不要購買。

質(zhì)量好的餐盒盒身的色澤應(yīng)均勻、輪廓清晰,口不應(yīng)有明顯的凹陷、起皺。

注意盒口平整、光滑,無廢邊、毛刺,杯身應(yīng)清潔透明,厚薄均勻, 無雜質(zhì)、氣泡、水紋,無魚眼僵塊等現(xiàn)象。

Pay attention to the flatness and smoothness of the box mouth, without any waste edges or burrs. The cup body should be clean and transparent, with uniform thickness and no impurities, bubbles, water marks, or fish eye blockages.

要選用盒身硬度較好的餐盒,盡量選擇盒壁厚實、硬挺的餐盒, 在選擇餐盒時,可用手在餐盒的兩側(cè)輕輕擠壓,大致可以知道盒身硬度的好壞。

To choose a food box with a better body hardness, try to choose a food box with a thick and stiff wall. When selecting a food box, you can gently squeeze the sides of the box with your hand to roughly determine the hardness of the box body.
